ABOUT ME
I’m Katie. I’m a wedding hair and make up artist, specialising in bridal hair styling and airbrush make up, based in Kent.
As well as being a wedding hair and make up artist I’m also wife and mummy, and we celebrated our own wedding day at the beautiful Lympne Castle, Kent on a very wet and very rainy New Years eve!
We live in the beautiful Kent Countryside and I hold my preview sessions at my home studio which is where you’ll visit me for your pre wedding bridal hair and makeup transformation.
As well as working with brides I also work with other hair and makeup artists, helping them to start, scale and succeed in their own bridal business.

Many years ago, when I was first asked if I did wedding hair, I had no idea where this journey would take me! Now, several years later I can proudly say that I’ve styled hundreds of brides, countless bridesmaids and lots of excited mums! Being a wedding hair and make up artist means that it’s my job to make you look and feel beautiful, so that you know as you step down that aisle youre stepping out as the very best version of you.
I often tell people ‘I don’t go to work, I go to weddings!’ and that’s so true. I take great pride in my work, I love what I do and it really is something special to be the one selected to spend your wedding morning with you. The wedding morning is an event in itself so choosing the right person to be a part of that is really important.
Wedding hair and make up is all about the detail. I really believe that on your big day it’s the little things that matter, and it’s only right that I put as much love and care into everything I do as you have into the preperations for your wedding day.
I love the chance that wedding hair and make up gives me to be artistic and I love being able to turn a woman from her everyday self into the most beautiful bride. It’s important that you know whether you’re my 1st bride or my 500th bride, then I want to make sure you feel like my only bride. Every wedding hair and make up look I create is completley bespoke to you, no two brides are ever the same.
